The Proposal for a Directive on corporate sustainability due diligence has been published on the website of European Commission today.

The Center has recently updated its list of PhD’s in company and association law (in the broad sense) currently prepared or defended since 2018 at Belgian universities.

As from today, our website contains a useful database with compilations of the CCA’s parliamentary proceedings: one document per article, with every draft version, the explanatory memorandum, the motivation of approved amendments and relevant passages of the Council of State’s advisory opinion. The database (in French or Dutch) is available here.
