The Centre is a forum for everyone with an academic interest in the law of companies, associations and legal entities.

It brings together professors and researchers from all Belgian law schools, and facilitates reflection with respect to issues of company law and, more broadly, legal entities law.

Through inter-university cooperation, the Centre seeks to further stimulate academic research in this field, to promote the exchange of ideas, to build international contacts for the participating universities and to assist authorities in their endeavour towards better laws.

The Centre also aims to support and facilitate inter-university research with respect to legal entities law in the broadest sense.
