The Center has assembled a list of PhD’s in company and association law (in the broad sense) currently prepared or defended since 2018 at Belgian universities. The list will be updated periodically.

On the website of the Belgian Official Gazette, the Code of Companies and Associations has been adapted to reflect the modifications made by the Act of 28 April 2020 which transposed the SRD II directive and amended the Code in other respects.
